If you select ‘Yes’ to receive your card information by email:
If you select to have your card sent to your home address: You will receive a letter with your card with essential information including how you can access the terms and conditions that apply to it. It’s important you save this letter and your card information when you access it.
If you select to collect your card from a branch: You will receive a welcome email to the email address you provide in your application with a link to important information about your card (including the terms and conditions that apply to it.) It’s important you save your welcome email when you receive it and your card information when you access it.
You need to make sure your system is capable of receiving and saving your welcome email and card information.
