While many of our current partners do bank with us, it's not a requirement. Banking with us is entirely optional. You don’t need to bank with us to access the Corporate Partners program.
No, it's completely free to join. And there's no ongoing cost to your organisation (or your employees). It's a great way to show your employees they are valued and to help make the workplace a supportive environment that cares about their financial wellbeing.
Generally, our partner organisations have over 500 employees (metro areas) or more than 200 employees (non-metro areas). We remain flexible for the right organisation that is passionate about adding value for their employees, particularly those who bank with us.

Firstly, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Corporate Partner Manager (matched to your organisation) to help drive awareness of the program’s benefits. The manager will work with you to develop a 12-month engagement plan, which will be reviewed annually to ensure it still meets the needs of your employees. We’ll provide marketing and promotional material for events and other benefits – which you could add to your organisation’s intranet pages with links to our exclusive Corporate Partners website. We want to make sure you get the best from this partnership.
Yes, you can. Our unique portfolio of brands offers Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA Corporate Partner programs. We provide options so you can choose which suit your organisation best.
In fact, we have many national organisations that have Westpac and our other brands available for their employees. Alternatively, many state-based organisations prefer only to offer their local state’s brand.
