Once your offer has been accepted, we will need to finalise your home loan application. Formal approval or unconditional approval is when the lender receives all the documents they need and can confirm that they are willing to lend you the loan money.

Along with a property valuation, the lender will need to carry out comprehensive credit checks and validate your financial circumstances to make sure everything is in order.

There are a number of documents required to formalise your loan approval and subsequently make a formal loan offer to you. Speak to your Home Finance Manager to confirm what they require.

Once we have all the documents and have completed these checks – the lender will send you a formal loan offer along with your loan offer documents.
