How do I add signatories on the schools account(s)?

For any account opening and authorities change applications submitted from 24 January 2020, all account signatories will be required to present at least one form of photo ID containing their full name, and date of birth (such as a drivers licence, passport) to an authorised Westpac representative or by visiting a local Westpac Branch to be identified.   A secondary form of identification may be required in some instances.

Alternatively please submit a certified copy of your identification documents to your Client Experience Manager.

To add signatories to an account print off, complete and sign:

Notification of Changes to a customer's person authorised - ACT Government form (PDF 640KB)

Notice of Authority - ACT Government form (PDF 629KB)

How do I remove signatories on an account?

  • Prepare a written request on school letterhead outlining the name of the person to be removed and the account(s) they are to be removed from.
  • Please ensure the Principal signs the request.
  • Fax or mail the request to ACT Government Schools Client Service.

Where the signatory also has access to Corporate Online an Administrator can remove their Corporate Online access. This will ensure you do not continue to pay for their access to Corporate Online.

Should assistance be required, please contact Corporate Online Support on 1300 134 291. The team will be able to advise the Administrator through the process.
