Do I need to use Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App to use PayTo?
By registering for Online Banking you can view, authorise and manage your PayTo agreements securely in Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App. If you receive a PayTo agreement request and you’re not registered for Online Banking, you can call us on 132 032 (8am - 8pm Sydney time, Monday - Saturday) to discuss your options.
