How do I set up a credit card payment reminder?
In the Westpac App
Before trying these instructions make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
- Search Notifications in the Smart Search bar
- Tap Credit card payment reminder
- For the selected card, tap the reminder type – Email, SMS or Push notification
- Tap Done
In Online Banking
- Go to Service > Preferences > Notifications and marketing
- Select Credit Cards then Credit card repayment reminder
- Select the credit card
- Select Subscribed to set up the payment reminder
- Select the reminder type – Email, SMS or Push notification
- Select Save
