Promotion opens 00:01am on 1.10.25 (local time) and closes 11:59pm (local time) on 24.10.25.

1. Eligible Westpac Card: Entry is open to WA, QLD, NT, VIC, TAS and NSW residents aged 18 years or over (each an ‘Entrant’) who hold a qualifying Westpac debit card (being a Westpac Debit Mastercard, excluding joint accounts) or are primary holders of a qualifying Westpac credit card (being a Westpac Altitude Black, Altitude Platinum Card, Low Rate, Low Fee, Low Fee Platinum or Lite Card). 

2. Qualifying Transactions: To be eligible to enter the relevant draw(s), card holders must, during the Promotion Period, complete at least ten (10) separate ‘Qualifying Transactions’, using their qualifying Westpac debit or credit card. To qualify: (1) Each transaction must be at least $10, made in a single transaction. (2) Each $10 or more transaction (noting an entrant must complete 10 to enter the promotion) qualifies for an entry into the relevant draws. (3) Qualifying transactions must be completed using the same qualifying Westpac debit or credit card. (4) Qualifying transactions do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account, transactions made using an intermediary (for example, Paypal). NT and TAS card holders are only eligible to receive entries into the Major Prize Draw, and will not receive any entries into the Minor Prize Draws.

3. Prizes: Major Prize Draw held at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 10:00am AEDT on 12/11/25 from all Eligible Entries. 5 Major Prizes (all Eligible Entrants are in the Draw for Major Prizes): Major Prizes 1 and 2 (The “Sydney Ashes Prize”) The first two (2) valid entries drawn from the Major Prize Draw will each win one (1) trip for two (2) people to attend the Ashes Cricket Test Match in Sydney, valued at up to $8,892 (must be taken between 03/01/26-07/01/26). Major Prize 3 (the “Brisbane Ashes Prize”) The next valid entry drawn from the Major Prize Draw will win one (1) trip for two (2) people to attend the Ashes Cricket Test Match in Brisbane, valued at up to $8,593 (must be taken between 03/12/25-07/12/25). Major Prizes 4 and 5 (the “Melbourne Ashes Prize”) The next two (2) valid entries drawn from the Major Prize Draw will each win one (1) trip for two (2) people to attend the Ashes Cricket Test Match in Melbourne, valued at up to $8,039 (must be taken between 25/12/25-29/12/25).  All 5 Major Prizes include: Two (2) x return economy airfares from the Winner's nearest capital city to city of Winner’s relevant Test match, and return private airport transfers for two (2) adults in city of Test match. If the Winner is located in city of Test match, then the prize does not include airfares or airport transfers and these components of the prize are not redeemable for cash; Double pass Category A tickets to days 1, 2 and 3 of the Winner’s relevant Ashes Cricket Test Match, Four (4) x nights twin or double share 5-star accommodation for two (2) adults (includes breakfast); One (1) x AUD$500 Mastercard Gift Card (Winner only); and  One (1) x merchandise pack valued at up to AUD$200 (Winner only). 

4 x Minor Prize draws (1 Minor Prize Draw each for the following groups: WA, QLD, VIC & NSW) held at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 10:15am AEDT on 12/11/25. The first five (5) valid entries drawn from the WA Minor Prize Draw will win double pass Category A tickets to days 1, 2 and 3 of the Ashes Cricket Test Match taking place at the Optus Stadium, Perth between 21/11/25 – 23/11/25, valued at $750. The first two (2) valid entries drawn from the NSW Minor Prize Draw will win double pass Category A tickets to days 1, 2 and 3 of the Ashes Cricket Test Match taking place at the SCG, Sydney, between 04/01/26 – 06/01/26, valued at $1,350. The first three (3) valid entries drawn from the VIC Minor Prize Draw will win double pass Category A tickets to days 1, 2 and 3 of the Ashes Cricket Test Match taking place at the MCG, Melbourne, between 26/12/25 – 28/12/25, valued at $1,350. The first four (4) valid entries drawn from the QLD Minor Prize Draw will win double pass Category A tickets to days 1, 2 and 3 of the Ashes Cricket Test Match taking place at the Gabba, Brisbane between 04/12/25 – 06/12/25, valued at $960. 

Major Draw Winners and Minor Draw Winners will be notified via telephone within 24 hours of the Major Draw and Minor Draws, and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published at westpac.com.au/cards_ashes within 24 hours of the Major Draw and Minor Draws. All Major Prize and Minor Prize Winners must claim the Prize by 9:59am AEDT on 17/11/25.
