Merchant Support FAQs

When you apply online, your EFTPOS Air is enabled to accept card payments on one compatible device at any one time.

 

After your application is approved, if you would like to accept payments simultaneously across multiple devices, you can make a request to add EFTPOS Air on additional devices by calling us on 1800 029 749 (8am-8pm Sydney time, Mon-Fri) to speak to an EFTPOS specialist.

 

Hint: You can always sign-in to the EFTPOS Air app or portal from any compatible device.

Sign out and re-sign into EFTPOS Air to reset the application on your smartphone device. If the problem persists, please visit our Merchant Support Centre.

Westpac provides 24 hour support 7 days a week. You can contact our Merchant Helpdesk on 1800 029 749.

EFTPOS Air settlement is performed directly after business day cut off. Business day cut-off for EFTPOS Air takes place 7-days a week at 8.50pm (Sydney time). Funds will appear in your Westpac business transaction account directly afterwards (subject to system availability).
