Becoming an accredited referrer lets you diversify your business income, while elevating your client service offering.

 

Once accredited, simply follow the Referrer Guidelines (PDF 27KB), submit your client’s name and number on the simple Online Referral Form, and we’ll do the rest.

Your client's experience

  • One dedicated Home Finance Manager or Premier Relationship Manager, who’ll support them through to settlement.
  • Fixed and variable interest rates, for Owner Occupiers and Investors who are buying or refinancing.
  • Our full suite of home loans, including packages and offset.
  • Continued support with any future banking needs.

Your experience

  • No cost to join our Referral Program or to be accredited.
  • Simple Online Referral Form.
  • One dedicated Business Development Manager who'll support you.

Eligible professions

To join the Referrer Program, you must currently operate and be formally qualified in one of the following industries:

  • Accountant
  • Bookkeeper
  • Conveyancer
  • Lawyer
  • Solicitor
  • Real estate agent

 

How the program works

Individuals and company Directors formally qualified in one of the above professions can join the Referrer Program.

You’ll just need to confirm that: 

  • you don’t hold a current mortgage broker accreditation
  • you're part of a professionally recognised body
  • you've been operating in the industry for over 12 months
  • you have a registered business address
  • if you're the Director, you hold the company’s ABN and are registered for GST
  • you must have a registered company website.

 

  • Submit enquiry form.
  • We’ll set up an initial meeting with a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to chat through your referral opportunities, obligations, commission and accreditation process. 
  • Your BDM can help you submit your Referrer Program application.
  • We’ll complete due diligence checks within 5 business days.
  • Sign Referrer Agreement.
  • You’ll receive a Welcome Kit with your unique online referrer code.
  • Your BDM will introduce you to one of our Lending Managers, and show you how to submit your first Online Referral Form.
  • Enjoy ongoing support from your BDM and Lending Manager.

This is a no-advice model, which means you simply ‘spot and refer’ your clients – without offering them any advice, recommendation or info about our products or services.

 

Your clients: 

  • could be anyone you do business with
  • must be advised upfront that you’ll be paid a commission when their loan settles
  • must provide their consent before you pass on their name and contact number to us
  • must acknowledge that they’ll be contacted by the bank.

Once you’ve joined the program and been given your unique code, you’re ready to refer.
