Change ATM / EFTPOS limit 

Increase or decrease your daily ATM and EFTPOS withdrawal limit easily. This is the total amount you can withdraw from all accounts that are linked to that Handycard.

Report a lost or stolen card and know that your accounts are safe.

Lock your card temporarily

Misplaced your credit or Mastercard® debit cardLock your card temporarily until you find it.

  • Your card can’t be used for 15 days (unless you unlock it)

  • If you find your card, you can unlock it using the app

  • It will automatically unlock after 15 days

  • If you can’t find it, you can report it lost or stolen

  • Let any additional cardholders know as their cards will be locked too

  • Change direct debits or scheduled payments

  • Check for suspicious transactions. If you find any, let us know.

  • Available on personal credit cards and Mastercard® debit cards.

Westpac Mobile Banking applications are only available for use by Westpac Australia customers.
Internet connection is needed to access Westpac Mobile Banking app. Normal mobile data charges apply.  Westpac branch and banker locations are available within Australia only. Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA ATM locations are available within Australia, and Global Alliance ATMs are available worldwide.
