
Pay your credit card with Card Autopay
You can choose to pay
- the full closing balance (all credit cards)
- your minimum payment due, as shown on your monthly credit card statement (all credit cards)
- A percentage of the closing balance (not available for Flex Card)
- A set amount of the closing balance (not available for Flex Card).
How to set up Card Autopay
In the Westpac App
Before trying these instructions make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
- Tap Cards
- Select the card you want to autopay
- Tap Payment options
- Tap Autopay
- Tap the account to Pay from. Select an eligible account from the list
- Tap to set up the Card Autopay option
- Tap Done
You’ll need to set up Card Autopay for each individual Westpac credit card
In Online Banking
- Go to Service > Services > Card services
- Select Manage Card Autopay
- Select the account to Pay from. Choose an eligible account from the dropdown box
- Select the Card Autopay option
- Select Continue
You’ll need to set up Card Autopay for each individual Westpac credit card
You can also set up Card Autopay for other bank accounts.
- Flex Card: Set up via Online Banking
- All other Westpac credit cards: Fill in the Card Autopay Request form (PDF 641KB) and take it to any Westpac branch (don’t forget your ID).

A fixed dollar or percentage of your monthly credit card statement “closing balance” will be paid. If the “closing balance” is less than your nominated amount, only the “closing balance” will be paid. If your nominated amount falls below the “minimum payment due”, Westpac will debit the “minimum payment due”.
Westpac Mobile Banking applications are only available for use by Westpac Australia customers. Internet connection is needed to access Westpac Online Banking and the Westpac App. Normal mobile data charges apply.
