A home finance manager will give you a call once you’ve submitted your application. They’ll answer all your questions, talk through your next steps and update your application, if needed. Don’t worry, there’s no credit check until you’ve spoken with them.

A home finance manager will aim to be in touch within the next 3 business day to answer all your questions and chat through your plans. After they’ve spoken with you, they’ll progress your application and run the credit check.


We’ll also email and/or SMS you with your progress and next steps.


You can track the progress of your online application anytime. And if you haven’t already, you can start uploading the documents we’ll need to formally approve your loan.
