What is Easy BPAY?

Unique to Westpac, Easy BPAY is a simplified version of the standard BPAY.

BPAY is Australia’s most widely used bill payment service which enables customers to transfer funds from their bank account to yours. It’s simple and convenient – and you receive the payment on the same business day. That’s a great way to improve your cash flow.

How does it work?

Your invoices or bills display a BPAY logo, your unique Easy BPAY Biller code and a Customer Reference Number (CRN). Your customers use your BPAY details when making a payment on internet or phone banking. Their financial institution then validates the payment and gives them a receipt number. The payment details are then forwarded to Westpac and we send the payment information to you electronically. The deposited cleared funds are placed in your nominated bank account. It’s that simple.
