Helping for 140 years

Westpac Foundation is a charitable organisation that has been helping people for the past 140 years.

Today, we provide funding and programs to help social enterprises and community organisations taking a fresh approach to complex social issues and creating jobs and opportunities for those who need it most. We are committed to helping to create a more inclusive Australia with a goal to change 100,000 lives for the better by 2030.

Social enterprise: untapped potential in creating jobs

A new report released by the Centre for Social Impact (CSI) Swinburne in partnership with Westpac Foundation looks at how and why social enterprise is proving more effective than mainstream employment solutions in delivering greater employment outcomes for people with complex needs.

Putting the pieces together

Collaborating for change
