Westpac Foundation

We’re investing in job creation by providing funding and programs to help create jobs and opportunities for those facing barriers to work. Meaningful employment is a powerful pathway out of disadvantage, and we set ourselves the bold ambition to help create 10,000 jobs by 2023.

We are well on our way to achieving our goal; in past 10 years, we’ve invested $28M to support more than 600 social enterprise and local community partners and since 2015, we’ve helped them create 7,204 jobs.
