Our people are as diverse as the 12 million customers we serve and the countless communities we operate in. Asian leadership

We have a strong connection with Asia, doing business via our Westpac Institutional Bank, and having almost one quarter of our workforce identify as having an Asian background.

We want to attract, develop and retain the best Asian talent in the market. Through our Asian Leadership Employee Action Group, we are working to strengthen the cultural competency of our people leaders and developing our Asian leadership talent through initiatives such as mentoring programs.
