Apply for a home loan top up
If you're planning renovations and need extra funds, you may want to apply to increase your home loan using the top up feature. Topping up saves you the hassle and fees associated with applying for a new loan.
This feature is available on our variable rate home loans and lets you extend the credit limit on your existing loan.
How to apply
To apply for a top up call us on 1300 650 148 (8.30am - 7.30pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 2pm Saturday (Sydney time) excluding public holidays) and one of our consultants will ask you a few questions.
Once your application is approved we send you a letter of variation to sign. We will then increase the credit limit on your existing loan.
