Our emergency card replacement and cash service
If your card is lost or stolen, you can take advantage of our Emergency Card Replacement service, where a replacement card can usually be provided within 2 business days.
You also have access to an Emergency Cash Advance - subject to your available credit limit and to your credit card account being in good standing.
To report a card lost or stolen, call Westpac Cards Customer Service on 1300 651 089 from anywhere in Australia. When overseas use an international operator to book a reverse charge call to (+61 3) 6345 1058.
Things you should know
- Important: If you are applying for a selected credit card at the same time or after your Premier Advantage Package is set up, or if you are switching or upgrading from an existing Westpac credit card, or if you are accessing employee benefits, you are not eligible for any special promotional offers (such as any promotional balance transfer rate) available at point of application.
