What reporting packages are available?
Our range of reporting packages available, include:
- Westpac Corporate Online (COL)
- Visa Information Source (VIS)
- MasterCard SmartData.Gen2 (SDGen2).
Westpac Corporate Online
Corporate Online allows you to access standard reports, monthly card statements and raw data. Depending on your requirements, you can opt for either the statement module or raw data feeds to upload directly to you expense management system.
Should you select the statement module, you can connect to COL and receive a range of pre-defined statements and reports. Examples include:
- Monthly Cardholder Statement
- Quarterly Company Master Listing
- Weekly Transaction Exceptions
- Annual Financial Year Activity
- Annual Business Service Activity
- Monthly Consolidated Statements.
Visa Information Source (VIS).
VIS provides customers with access to their company's Commercial Card transaction data, which customers can utilise to streamline their company operations, make more informed business decisions and improve their bottom line. Some of the key features of VIS include:
- Ability to self-serve
- Establishment and maintenance of users
- Scheduled and interactive reports - available online & offline
- Allows flexible data access restrictions at all user levels
- File extract capabilities.
MasterCard SmartData.Gen2 (SDGen2)
SDGen2 is a global, web-based reporting application which helps businesses organise, analyse and manage financial data from credit cards, cash transactions via the internet. Some of the key features of SDGen2 include:
- Ability to self-serve
- Establishment and maintenance of users
- Schedule and interactive reports
- Allows flexible data access restrictions at all user levels
- File extract capabilities
- GL code mapping.
