Theory becomes more relevant when applied to real life. With the assistance of our experienced facilitators, we'll help you apply the learnings from Financial Management 101 to your own financial statements.
Conducted in small groups of no more than 10 participants, your financial statements remain completely confidential but you will benefit from the shared experience and knowledge of other business owners.
What the workshop covers
At this workshop we will help you learn how to:
- Develop a financial scorecard for your business
- Identify strategies to overcome and minimise challenges highlighted by the scorecard
- Understand the information in your financial statements
- Build a business development plan
- Use break-even analysis to calculate your 'magic number' and apply that to potential business opportunities
- Establish a plan for managing cash flow and growth.
Who the workshop is for
Small and medium-size business owners and managers wanting a more in-depth understanding of the financial performance of their business. Completion of Financial Management 101 is a pre-requisite for this workshop.

Westpac customers, thanks for your business
You don’t have to be a Westpac customer to attend this workshop, however we reward Westpac customers with a 25% discount off our standard workshop fee. Not a Westpac customer yet?
If either, you, your business or organisation becomes a Westpac customer within 30 days of completing a workshop, we’ll welcome you aboard by refunding 25% of the workshop fee. To become a Westpac customer simply open a Westpac bank account in your personal name, or the same name of the business or organisation that you represented at the workshop. Refunds will be payable to the legal entity (person, business, or organisation) that paid for your attendance at the workshop.
