8 digit customer number
The 8 digit customer number under which your service or account was established.
BSB
The 6 digit number that identifies the branch where the account was opened.
Account number
The 6 digit number which identifies your account.
Account name
The name in which the account was opened.
Third party accounts
We consider an account a third party account if the business linking the account is a different legal entity to the legal entity that owns the account. A good way to tell if a business or person is a different legal entity is to check if they submit their own tax return. If the answer is yes, they're a separate legal entity.
Customer identification
