Employee Giving - Matching Gifts program
Our people choose the pace and direction of our giving. Through our Matching Gifts program we match the donations of our employees, dollar for dollar, to any tax-deductible charity in Australia.
Since 1999, $30.7 million have been provided to approximately 1600 charities, thanks to the generosity of employees and our Matching Gifts program.
This year approximately 600 charities received over $4 million, raised from employee donations and the program.

We also support employee contributions through our Matching Loans program, where microfinance loans from employees are doubled to support disadvantaged individuals in the Asia Pacific region through Good Return.
