As of 15 November 2022, Sense 2 and Versa 4 Fitbit devices will only be available for use with Google Pay. Westpac does not currently support Google Pay on Fitbit devices.

To start with Fitbit Pay, you’ll need:

A compatible Fitbit Watch

Pair it with the Fitbit app on a compatible iPhone or Android device.

 

 

A Westpac Mastercard

Fitbit Pay works with a range of eligible debit or credit cards. When adding your card details in the Fitbit app, make sure they match your card exactly.

 

 

A Westpac Protect™ SMS code

You need to be registered for Westpac Protect™ SMS codes to get set up. Register now.

 


Things you should know

*From 15 November 2022 new Fitbit smart watches will only offer Google Pay. Westpac does not currently support Google Pay on Fitbit devices.

Please be aware, to make a payment of over $100 with Fitbit Pay, you must enter your card PIN at the contactless terminal. For security reasons, if you are not prompted for your card PIN, the transaction will not be accepted. This does not change current payments or transaction limits on your card.
