Querying your transactions

When you sign a sales voucher or transaction record, you are agreeing that the transaction amount is correct. You are also agreeing that the sales voucher or transaction record is sufficient evidence of the cash price that was paid for the goods or services. Before signing a sales voucher or other transaction record, always ensure the transaction amount is correct.

If you want to query your Westpac MasterCard® Gift Card transactions, follow the steps below.

If you dispute an amount deducted from your Westpac MasterCard® Gift Card, you should complete the Disputed Transactions Form (PDF 43KB) and post the original signed copy to:

If you do have a disputed cost, please contact us within 90 days from the date of the transaction. Our ability to obtain a refund (if applicable) after this time may be restricted by the MasterCard® scheme rules. Please read clause 7.2 of the Conditions of Use (PDF 52KB) to obtain details of your liability if unauthorised gift card transactions are made.
