Corporate Online enhancement - 28 May 2018

Effective from Monday, 28 May 2018, the following improvements to Corporate Online have been made:

Deposits (Business Bank customers)

Term Deposit maturity instructions are now able to be entered from two (2) business days prior to maturity.  Previously instructions could only be entered from the date of maturity.

A reminder message will be issued via Corporate Online two (2) business days prior to the Term Deposit maturity date. Previously this was issued on the maturity date.

All users with access to the following features within Deposits will receive the message:

  • Get Term Deposit Quotes
  • Manage Term Deposits
  • Disburse Principal.


Due to additional forensic (fraud) monitoring, there may be additional instances of authenticating (token) users being required to re-enter their token details as part of the sign in or payment flows.

The payment method label has changed for Same Day and Immediate AUD domestic payments to now be called Same Day RTGS and Immediate RTGS.

The email address has changed to send documentation evidence required for international payments from a Westpac Fiji and PNG account.
