Corporate Online enhancement - 29 May 2017
Effective from Monday, 29 May 2017, the following improvements to Corporate Online have been made:
Accounts application and Corporate Mobile
For improved reporting, the intra-day transactions for your Westpac domestic and foreign currency bank accounts are now provided in Corporate Online and Corporate Mobile. Current day transactions are automatically displayed each time you enter the account transaction list screen.
For greater flexibility, Administrators can now select a 3rd party account for Corporate Online fees when creating a new office. Third party accounts include Westpac or non-Westpac accounts. Administrators will need to confirm they have received confirmation from the account owner.
To reduce paper, Administrators can now choose to only have electronic copies of bank statements for Westpac Australia accounts registered as 3rd party in Corporate Online. Administrators will need to confirm they have received confirmation from the account owner.
There is now the option to save the details of a new beneficiary with a zero amount value. This saves time when making any future payments to that beneficiary.
