REGISTER FOR BUSINESS TELEPHONE BANKING

To register for phone banking, you’ll need to complete a registration form.

What will I need to complete the form?

You’ll need to have the following details handy: 

  • Your 8-digit personal or business customer number
  • The BSB and account number for each account you want to access
  • The account name, BSB and account number for any third-party accounts you want to access
  • The 8-digit customer number of any User(s) you want to have access. If a User doesn't have a customer number, they'll need to visit a branch for an identity check. Once complete, we'll issue them with a customer number, and you'll be able to add them as a User after the service is set up.

The registration process

  1. Complete the Business Telephone Banking Registration form (PDF 172KB) 
  2. Print and sign the form
  3. Take the form into your local Westpac branch.
