Self Service Group Telephone Banking

Pay less for your banking – just pick up the phone

With 24/71 access to your funds, Group Telephone Banking gives you the flexibility to manage your banking when it suits you, wherever you are. You can also get information on products, services, interest rates and fees by speaking to a Banking Representative (8am-8pm, Mon-Fri).

Group Telephone Banking allows several people to access a number of nominated accounts belonging to the one business or individual. Because some information and some accounts may be more sensitive than others, each person is given their own access level to each account. If you share Group Telephone Banking access to your accounts, each individual’s access levels will depend on the banking functions they need to perform.
