Account statements and information
We can provide you with extra copies of your statements, or if you’re registered with Westpac Live, you can view and print up to 7 years' of statements at your own convenience. Available in Online, Mobile and Tablet Banking.

Most of our ATMs will give you access to transaction information. Alternatively, just call us on 132 142 or visit any branch.
Introducing your new-look Statement
Westpac has updated Business One statements.
The new Statement summary provides key account information at a glance, and the new design format makes it easier to identify the information most important to you!
To help you understand the changes to your statement please choose your account type below.
- Do you have personal accounts? See our new-look personal account statements.
Statement Period: easier to find with statement date range now at the top
Account details: account information is now highlighted so you can check this at a glance
Statement Summary: check your account balance movements at a glance
Interest Rates (if applicable): moved from the bottom of the statement to the top to help you track your interest earnings
Date Format: has changed from DD-MMM to DD/MM/YY

Transaction Fee Summary: will now only show the transaction fees you incur during the statement period, making this easier to read

New bank contact points: located at statement end so you can contact us when you need to
