If an account is not eligible for eStatements, the paper statement option will appear. Accounts currently not available for eStatements are business joint accounts, business loans and complex accounts. You must also have a valid email address registered for your business to be able to receive eStatements.
You can download a ‘Recent transactions’ report which will show you a list of transactions for an account you choose between the specific dates. Learn more on how to download a Proof of balance or Recent transaction report.
Yes, it is important to keep your email address up to date to ensure we can notify you when your eStatements are available. Learn how to add and update your registered business email address.
Yes, from time to time we may need to contact you by mail. Learn how to update your business address.
You can still view your eStatements in Westpac Online Banking without an email notification letting you know when your statement is ready. If you don’t receive any email notifications, you might want to check your junk mail folder – and check that your registered business email address is correct.
