Become an International customer

You have the choice to be an online customer, or alternatively set yourself up via a master arrangement to submit printed forms when conducting trade transactions with Westpac.

Online - with WinTrade

WinTrade is Westpac's fast, efficient import and export cash solution.  Customers who would prefer to use a online international trade system should express your interest in WinTrade. 

Printed forms

We provide a master arrangement form that business customers can use to register as a Westpac international trade customer. The master arrangement is a 'terms and conditions' type letter that allows short-form printed trade forms to be accepted by Westpac in the future.

Application for International Trade Transaction Master Arrangement

Once this form is received and processed by Westpac:

• You don’t have to wait for forms to come from the Bank as you can either access them from this site or electronically generate forms that have been agreed to by Westpac
• You enjoy a faster process as unauthorised account signatories can be designated authorised for individual products
• Reduction in costs as these forms are only one A4 page instead of two, as is the case with standard forms.
