8. 50% (sqm) of practice premises must be doctor owner occupied with residual space tenanted by 'Allied Health' Providers. Goods must be new Medical Equipment up to $500,000 for Medical General Medical / Dental Practitioners and $650,000 for Medical / Dental Specialists (not including fit out, furniture, computers, etc.). The amount being financed must be within 120% of the market value of the goods. RV equals (Lease), or Balloon must be below (CHP / Loan) ATO guidelines (residual value/ balloon may be rounded UP to the nearest 5% under this authority). For existing Westpac Customers connection in good standing will be considered. Where Westpac not primary bank, Transactional banking relationship must be transferred to Westpac within 6 months of funding. For non-Westpac Business Lending customers, the borrower or guarantor must own residential property.
