How can I use my foreign currency account with Biz Invoice?

Biz Invoice lets you create and send an invoice overseas. Your Invoices will be sent in the same currency as your foreign currency account (FCA) excluding the Chinese Yuan RMB FCA. You just have to link your FCA to Biz Invoice and manage everything through online banking on your mobile, tablet or PC.

 


What currencies can I invoice in?

Foreign currency accounts that can be opened online:
USD - United States Dollars GBP - Great British Pounds JPY - Japanese Yen

ZAR - South African Rand
EUR - Euro NOK - Norwegian Kroner

CAD - Canadian Dollars
DKK - Danish Kroner
SGD - Singapore Dollars

NZD - New Zealand Dollars
HKD - Hong Kong Dollars    
If the currency you want to open is not available online then please visit your nearest Westpac branch where one of our bankers will assist you in opening an account.

Activate Biz Invoice online in minutes:

  1. Sign in to Biz Invoice
  2. Set up your invoice template personalised with your company logo and/or trading name
  3. Start sending invoices

New Westpac business customers

 
New to Westpac or don't have an eligible Westpac account?

Apply for a Business One Low PlanBusiness One High Plan or Foreign currency account online, then on approval set up Biz Invoice through online banking 1.
