75 cents per share interim ordinary dividend

15 cents per share special dividend

Westpac's 2024 interim ordinary and special dividend was announced on 6 May 2024 and will be paid on 25 June 2024. They will be 100% franked with Australian franking credits at the company tax rate of 30%. The interim ordinary dividend and special dividend will also carry NZ 0.06 cents per share and NZ 0.012 cents per share respectively of New Zealand imputation credits.

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will apply to the 2024 interim ordinary dividend and special dividend will operate as follows:

• Shares will be purchased on market to satisfy participant’s DRP entitlements;
• the Market Price used to determine the number of shares to be provided to DRP participants, will be set over 20 trading days commencing on 15 May 2024 and will not include a discount.
