The Navigate workshop helps leaders support the Amplifiers in their team, plan for the needs of their workforce and ensure the knowledge held by Amplifiers is retained.
We have built a hub for our people called 'Your Experience, Your Future'. This site gives Amplifiers access to a range of resources to help you get the most out of your career, finances, health, family relationships and community involvement. Included is our Self-assessment Tool to help you find out just how ready you are for the future.

Youth - age 35 and under
Our aim is to bring our younger employees together to help them reach their full potential and empower and equip our future leaders. Around 20% of our people are under 30 and we have a number of exciting programs designed to inspire and develop those in the early stages of their careers.
- Our Youth Network Summit and participation in the One Young World program offer unique opportunities for younger employees to connect, learn and grow
- Attracting new talent through our Graduate and Internship Program.
The Youth Network is the Employee Action Group for people aged 35 and under. This group supports young professionals through a network of young people who are seeking out leadership opportunities. They host a variety of networking events throughout the year including a summit for young people across Westpac once per year. They also produce a quarterly publication.
