Registering for Westpac Online Banking is easy
If you are already registered for our Telephone Banking service, you can use your customer number and 3-digit access code to register online. The online registration process is easy to follow and should take you about 5 minutes to complete.
If you are not already registered for Telephone Banking (or have forgotten your password), you can call 132 032 anytime for your Westpac Online Banking customer number and password.
To sign into Westpac Online Banking:
- Log on to westpac.com.au
- Click Sign into, then select Westpac Online Banking
- Sign in using your customer number and password.
Business customers
If you are a business customer, use our Business Online Banking registration process.
