FAQs is a service where you can find answers to various product and service questions; like How do I change my password? A list of frequently asked questions is displayed. If you can't find the appropriate answer, email us and, in most cases, we'll reply within 24 hours.
Forgotten your password?
If you're registered for Westpac Protect™ SMS code you can instantly reset your password online by clicking on the 'Forgotten your password' link from the Online Banking sign in page.
Alternatively, you can call 132 032 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to get your password reset.
