MyPost Digital Mailbox - Frequently Asked Questions
A digital mailbox is a secure online version of a traditional mailbox where you can receive, pay and store bills, all in one place using one log-in and password.
Australia Post provides MyPost Digital Mailboxes free to all individuals with an Australian postal address.
Westpac is the latest provider to sign-up to MyPost Digital Mailbox. Other providers include Telstra, AMP, myGov, 27 local councils and 8 water providers, including Sydney Water.
To register, simply visit www.digitalmailbox.com.au and follow these easy steps:
- Click 'Sign up' button
- Enter your details and click submit
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email account
- Click the 'Confirm email' button
Westpac personal credit card customers can choose to receive a copy of their eStatements via a MyPost Digital Mailbox.
- Log into your Digital Mailbox
- Select Westpac as a service provider
- Then hit 'Redirect mail'
Follow the prompts and you will receive a confirmation email for the redirection of eStatement
To receive eStatements in your MyPost Digital Mailbox, Westpac personal credit card customers must:
- Be registered for Online Banking
- Have switched to eStatements
- Have an email address
You will need your Online Banking credentials in order to complete the process.
Once you redirected your eStatement(s), every month on your statement cycle we will send a PDF copy of your statement to Australia Post.
If you are registered with other providers, you will be able to manage and store all you bills or statements in one place.
Yes, your eStatements will still be available via Westpac Live.
You can deregister at any time by logging into your MyPost Digital Mailbox account.
At present, only Westpac personal credit cards are eligible.
