A vital research paper into the wealth created by Australia’s largest asset, the quarterly Pain and Gain Report provides a national overview on the proportion of properties sold for a nominal loss or gain.
Within the report (research to September 2023) is a detailed analysis of the performance of houses and units and investor versus owner occupier resales. Property resales in regional markets are also included and data is broken down into capital city council regions.
