Manage your card PIN
You can now set or change your PIN for eligible* cards at any time in Westpac Live.
How to set or change your card PIN in Westpac Live.
Tip: Make sure you have activated your new card before setting your PIN. Activate your card now.
Step 1: Sign in and from the Services & preferences menu, select Services
Step 2: Under Card Services, click on Activate card (you will be prompted to set your PIN once your card has been activated) or Set or Change PIN (select your card from the dropdown)
Step 3: Enter your new PIN twice and click on Submit
Step 4: Enter your SMS Code or Token Code
Step 5: Click Done
Step 1: Sign in and tap on Self service (the bell icon) on the top right of the screen
Step 2: Under Account Services, tap Activate Card (you will be prompted to set your PIN once your card has been activated) or Set or change PIN (select your card from the dropdown)
Step 3: Enter the new PIN twice and tap Submit
Step 4: Enter your SMS code and tap Continue
Step 5: Tap Done
Things you should know
* Manage your card PIN feature is available for personal credit cards issued since 1 April 2016 and for Debit MasterCards issued since 1 March 2015. For Westpac Handycards, you can set or change your PIN regardless of when your card was issued. You can check the issue date on the front of the card.
Mobile and Tablet Banking applications are only available for use by Westpac Australia customers.
Internet connection is needed to access Westpac Mobile Banking app. Normal mobile data charges apply.
