Manage your card PIN
Now you can set or change your PIN for eligible* cards at any time in Westpac Live. Available for personal cards issued from 1st April 2016.
How to set or change your card PIN in Westpac Live.
Tip: Make sure you have activated your new card before setting your PIN. Activate your card now.
Step 1: Sign in and go to Services & Preferences
Step 2: Select Set or change PIN under Cards services
Step 3: Select your card
Step 4: Enter your new PIN
Step 5: Click Submit
Step 1: Tap on Self service (the bell icon) on the top right of the screen
Step 2: Tap Set or change PIN in the Account Services section
Step 3: Select your Card number and tap Set new PIN
Step 4: Enter the new PIN twice and tap Submit
Step 5: Enter your SMS code and tap Continue
Step 6: Tap Done
Things you should know
* Managing your PIN feature is available for personal credit cards issued with a valid date from 1st April 2016. For Debit MasterCards, the feature is available for personal cards issued with a valid date from 1st March 2015. You can check the issue date on the front of the card. For Westpac Handycards, you can set or change your PIN regardless of when your card was issued.
Mobile and Tablet Banking applications are only available for use by Westpac Australia customers.
Internet connection is needed to access Westpac Mobile Banking app. Normal mobile data charges apply.
