Each reward type is part of the broader Westpac Rewards ecosystem so that you can access and manage all your rewards in one place via the Westpac app or online banking, making it easy to earn, track, and redeem across categories.
Yes, you can! If you are an Altitude Rewards customer, turn on Pay with Points to use your points on your next purchase, anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Once you’ve turned that on, access the cashback or discounted offer on the Westpac Rewards Hub (or ShopBack) and shop as usual. You’ll also earn points for your purchase!
Both Westpac Extras and ShopBack are available through the Westpac Rewards platform, giving you the opportunity to earn cashback when you shop at participating merchants using your eligible Westpac debit or credit card.
Westpac Extras offers cashback as a statement credit when you shop in-store or online with selected partners using your eligible Westpac credit card.
Through our partnership with ShopBack, both debit and credit cardholders can earn cashback at over 4,000 online stores. By linking your eligible card, you can also unlock bonus cashback in the exclusive Westpac Lounge on ShopBack. Cashback earned through ShopBack is credited to your ShopBack account and can be withdrawn or transferred to any bank account.
The Discounts & Extras section in Westpac Rewards is frequently updated with exclusive offers from top brands like Expedia, AGL, and JB Hi-Fi.
