Why order a new card?

We understand that after a while there can be some wear and tear on your card that makes it hard to use. So we’ve made it simple to order a new card in Online Banking, using the Cards Hub.

Damaged card

We’ll send a replacement card with the same card number, so you won’t need to update any regular payments or your Digital Card2.

Expired card

You’ll automatically receive a new card around the end of the month that your card expires, but if it doesn’t arrive in time or you need it sooner, we can reissue a new one.

Lost or stolen card

If your card is lost or stolen, you’ll need to cancel your card and order a new one. If there’s a chance you’ll find it, you can temporarily lock your card while you look for it.
