How to register on desktop or mobile
To register for Online Banking, you will need your card number or Customer ID, which you can find on the top right corner of your bank statement. You may be asked additional security questions about your accounts, so have your account information ready.
Download the Westpac App. Open the app and select Set Up. Then select Register for Online Banking.
Enter your Westpac card number or Customer ID (find it on the top right corner of your bank statement), name and date of birth.
Answer security questions, if asked. (Have your account information and bank statement ready)
Create a secure password. You will use this to sign into Westpac Online Banking.
