What is PayWear?

Westpac PayWear is a chip (PayWear Card) linked to your chosen Westpac everyday bank account which can be inserted into a PayWear Accessory such as a silicone Keeper. PayWear uses the same contactless technology as your Debit Mastercard®. With PayWear, your money is always with you, even if your phone, debit card or wallet isn’t. Simply tap your PayWear wherever contactless payments are accepted and the transaction will be debited from your chosen everyday bank account.

Things you should know

^Your PayWear Card order includes a complimentary black Keeper from the Essentials range (limit of one per Westpac PayWear Card order). Available for personal customers only with a Westpac everyday bank account that can be linked to a Debit Mastercard®, who are at least 14 years of age and apply via Westpac Online Banking. See Westpac Everyday Banking for more information. Eligible customers will receive their Westpac PayWear Card and complimentary black Keeper from the Essentials range within 10 business days. Not available for business, corporate, institutional or government customers. This information does not take into account your personal circumstances.
