You can be insured for a maximum of 12 months on Westpac Travel Insurance Multi Trip Plan Policy.

Note: The Annual Multi-Trip Plan Travel Insurance Policy allows for an unlimited number of trips of up to 45 days only, but the insurance is valid for travel within a 12 month period of insurance.

No. Westpac Travel Insurance requires customers to be covered from the time they leave home in Australia until the time they return to their home in Australia.

Yes. You can purchase the cruise pack with the Comprehensive, Domestic or Multi-Trip Plans by paying an additional premium. You will only have the cover provided under the sections included in the cruise pack if you select this option at the time of purchase and you have paid the required additional premium.

When claiming, you need to provide all information and documentation as requested. This may include, but is not limited to, medical certificates, doctor and police reports, receipts, invoices, airline, train or bus tickets and luggage tags.
