Keeping your cover is important
If you have received a letter, SMS or phone call regarding a missed premium instalment, you can make the payment by Credit or Debit card by clicking on the “make a payment” link below. If you experience difficulty with the payments site you can try clearing your internet cache and cookies or call 131 817 and we'll help you with the payment.
Information you need to make a payment
To login to the payments portal, you will need:
- Your policy number
- Your postcode
- Eftpos cards without a Visa or Mastercard number are not accepted.
- American Express is not accepted.
