Should you get Building or Contents Insurance – or both?

Choosing the cover that fits your home is easy. Which best describes you?

Home owner

No doubt you’ve put a lot into owning your home, so you’ll want to protect it inside and out – with Building cover for your house itself and Contents cover for your belongings. Plus you can add Personal Valuables cover to your Contents policy to cover special items for higher values when they’re in and away from your home – even overseas for up to 90 days.

Unit or townhouse owner

If your strata or body corporate takes care of Building cover, Contents cover and possibly Personal Valuable cover may be all you need. You can add Personal Valuables cover to your Contents policy to cover special items for higher values when they’re in and away from your home – even overseas for up to 90 days.

Renter

When you’re renting, you don’t have to worry about insuring the roof over your head, but you can make sure your prized possessions are covered with Renters cover and possibly Personal Valuables cover. You can add Personal Valuables cover to your Contents policy to cover special items for higher values when they’re in and away from your home – even overseas for up to 90 days.

Holiday home owner

As long as you don’t lease out your holiday home or weekender, choose from Building and Contents cover.

Landlord

If your property is leased out, choose Landlord Insurance.
