If something happens to your home and the things you love, we know you’ll want help fast. So making a claim is simple.

What happens after you've lodged your claim?
You will receive notification from our Claims team confirming your claim number, as well as advice on the next steps.
An assessor may be required to inspect your home and any damage that may have occurred. We ask that you assist and co-operate with any enquiries.
We may also request further information and documentation from you, to assist in the assessment of your claim. For example: we may need a police report or copies of original receipts for items you're claiming.
If no further information is needed, your claim will be settled within 10 business days.
