Wonder Checklist

Your Wonder appointment is now confirmed and a Home Finance Manager or Loan Increase Specialist will call you at the allocated time. The checklist below contains documents you should prepare to ensure that you get the most value out of your appointment. These documents can be emailed to us after your appointment.

Document checklist

  • Details of monthly expenses, including existing loan repayments, credit card limits (what you owe)
  • A detailed list of assets (what you own)
  • Your latest superannuation statement(s)
  • All life insurance policies (including income protection)
  • Confirmation of other income (e.g. trust, investment)
  • Details of other expenses (e.g. child support payments)
  • Proof of savings (statements)
  • A copy of your home and contents insurance
  • A full copy of the Contract of Sale for the property you plan to purchase, including any annexures or special conditions (if available).  

If you are a PAYG employee (receive a wage or salary)

  • 2 recent pay slips showing monthly salary (before/after tax)
  • Most recent payment summary or tax return with ATO notices.

If you are self-employed

  • Business/company tax returns (including balance sheet & profit and loss statement) for the last 2yrs
  • Personal tax returns and ATO notices for the last 2 years

If you are refinancing from another lender

  • Loan statements for the last 6 months and your land title description (if known)

If you are building

  • Plans (in electronic format – if available), specifications, council approval, a Builder’s Contract (signed by both the customer and provider) or, if you’re the builder, an Owner Builder Independent Advisor’s Report
