What to expect

1. A simple experience

Tell us about your finances and property to see how much you could borrow. Don't worry, we’ll let you know before we run the credit check.

 

If you’re applying with someone else, you’ll invite your co-applicant to join the application once you’ve completed your sections. We’ll let you both know about the outcome when they’re done.

2. Fast approval

Choose your loan type and interest rate from our range of options.

 

You could get unconditional approval the same day you apply.

3. On to settlement

A lender will be in touch to finalise your loan through to settlement.

 

Accept our loan offer and that’s it – we’ll help you sort out the rest with your current financial provider.

What you'll need

  • Details of your existing home loan                        
  • Two types of ID (Australian driver licence, Medicare card, passport, Australian birth certificate) 
  • An understanding of your financial position (e.g. expenses, income, assets and liabilities). You’ll have the option to securely auto-verify your income paid to other financial institutions.

  • You have read our Privacy Statement which explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information and credit related information, including marketing communications we send to you.
  • You agree to provide your consents to us.
  • You will need to acknowledge your obligations including AML/CTF and disclose if you are a foreign tax resident.
  • You acknowledge that we’ll access your credit report as part of this process. This means we’ll get information from a credit reporting agency about you, including the type of loans and credit you have, their outstanding limits your repayment history and use this information to pre-populate your application with your existing loans and credit and to help us assess your application. We’ll let you know before we run the credit check.
  • You acknowledge that if you agree to verify your income electronically, we’ll collect bank account and transaction information for accounts with your selected other financial providers.

You’ll need a lender to help with this type of loan.

There are two ways to increase your home loan:

  1. You may apply to increase your current loan account balance with extra funds.
  2. Alternatively, you may apply to create a supplementary loan account that’s connected to your main home loan.


The second option may allow you to choose a different loan term and features for the separate loan. Both options require you to have usable equity in your property.
