Frequently asked questions

You can choose to convert your Westpac Altitude Rewards points to Everyday Rewards points. 

Your Westpac Altitude Rewards points can be automatically or manually transferred to Everyday Rewards points. You will receive 2000 Everyday Rewards points for every 3000 Altitude Rewards points you transfer. 

For every 2000 Everyday Rewards points, you can get $10 off your shop at Woolworths, Woolworths Metro, BigW, BWS, and at participating Ampol outlets or bank your savings for Christmas.^

If you'd like to convert your points from Westpac Altitude Rewards points to Everyday Rewards points:

  • Log in to Altitude Rewards via the Westpac App or Online Banking
  • Click  ‘Rewards Points balance ‘
  • Click ‘Transfer Partners’
  • Select the Everyday Rewards 'Automatic’ or ‘Manual’ transfer option and follow the prompts

You will receive 1 Everyday Rewards point for every 1.5 Altitude points.  You will receive 2000 Everyday Rewards points for every 3000 Altitude points*.

You will receive an email from Altitude Rewards confirming the successful transfer of your Altitude points to your nominated Everyday Rewards account and your points will appear in your Everyday Rewards account within 7 business days.

To track your Altitude Rewards points, login to your Altitude Rewards account through the Westpac App or Online Banking.

Follow the prompts to access the Everyday Rewards page on Altitude Rewards. On the check-out page, you will be asked to enter your First Name, Last Name and your Everyday Rewards membership number.  Make sure the information entered is exactly as it appears in your Everyday Rewards account, your membership number must be 13 digits long.

You can find this on your Everyday Rewards card or by logging into the Everyday Rewards app.  In the app, click on ‘Account’ then ‘Cards and Account’ and follow the prompts.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you enter is correct. If you wish to cancel the transfer, if you have noticed and error or received an email to say your points transfer was unsuccessful, please call the Altitude Rewards Centre on 1300 887 820 (Monday-Friday from 8 am to 8 pm AEST, excluding National Public Holidays) right away and we will do our best to help.

To cancel the automatic transfer of your Altitude Rewards points to your Everyday Rewards account:   

  • Click on your Rewards Points balance  

  • Click on ‘Transfer Partners’

  • Click ‘Edit Preferences’ from the automatic redemption pop-up and untick the ‘Auto-Redemption’ checkbox

  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of your automatic points transfer

No, you can manually transfer your Altitude points to your Everyday Rewards account as often as you like, as long as you have a minimum of 3000 Altitude points. However, you can only transfer a maximum of 150,000 Altitude points per transaction.    

You can also set up an automatic transfer to your Everyday Rewards account and turn it on or off at any time. Your entire accumulated Altitude points balance, as at the time of transfer will be transferred across to your nominated Everyday Rewards account every month on your credit card statement date.  

If you’ve opted-in to automatically transfer all your points to Everyday Rewards, your entire accumulated Altitude points balance, as at the time of transfer will be transferred across to your nominated Everyday Rewards account every month on your credit card statement date. 

If you prefer to do a once-off or manual transfer, you must transfer a minimum of 3000 Altitude Rewards points and any additional points in increments of 300.  You can only transfer a maximum of 150,000 Altitude points per transaction.   

You cannot have more than 800,000 Everyday Rewards points ($4,000 Everyday Rewards dollars) in your account at any one time. This means that you may not be able to convert your Altitude points to Everyday Rewards points if the conversion would cause your Everyday Rewards points balance to exceed 800,000 Everyday Rewards points.

The earning and redemption of Altitude points are subject to the  Altitude Terms and Conditions (PDF 117KB). Purchases that are not eligible to earn Altitude points are set out in the  Altitude Terms and Conditions (PDF 117KB). You do not receive points if you have not paid the Minimum Payment Due in full and on time and in other circumstances.

Be credit savvy: Before applying, consider a realistic credit limit and check all conditions, interest rates, fees and charges on your selected card.

You must be an Everyday Rewards member to redeem Altitude points for Everyday Rewards points. Please allow 7 business days for the processing of the transfers. You will not receive points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Once Altitude points have been redeemed for Everyday Rewards points, they are governed by the Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Everyday Rewards membership and the earn and redemption of Everyday Rewards points is subject to the Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.everyday.com.au/terms.html, as amended from time to time.

†Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account.
