To redeem the offer you are able to use the link in the email received after opening your account. Alternatively, if you have not applied for your card we will present you with an alert in Westpac Live which can be used to apply for the card.

If you meet the eligibility criteria described above, you can now apply using the following link to the Student or Youth Card application form.

The International Identity Student Card (ISIC)

  • Evidence of full time student status EG (Transcript, Signed letter from your education institute and Full time student card)
  • Passport style photo
  • Proof of age document

The International Youth Card (IYTC)

  • Passport style photo
  • Proof of age document

If you already hold an ISIC Student or Youth Card we’ll give you a $30 STA Travel voucher to put towards their next trip, if you meet the eligibility criteria.

If you meet the eligibility criteria you can apply for your voucher by following the prompts on the Student or Youth Card application form. The form will ask you to enter your current Student or Youth card number.

No, no data is transferred to ISIC by Westpac. Customers are required to re-enter all their information as part of their card application.

All holders of the Westpac co-branded International Student or Youth cards will receive:

  • Additional 11% off hotels booked via STA
  • Additional $20 off long haul flight booked with STA
  • Additional $100 off any tour over $1,000 booked with STA

The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) was first created by students for students in 1953 as a student identity card, giving full-time students around the world access to special travel related discounts and services.
